Thank you for choosing Apārā. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you need to exchange an item, please review our exchange policy below.
HOW IT WORKS
If you need to make an exchange, please return the product to us within 7 days of delivery in its original condition with all tags attached. You can use a mailer to send the garment back to us, and you're welcome to discard the cardboard box if you prefer.
At Apārā, we do not provide refunds or accept returns, but we are happy to offer hassle-free exchanges. If you need to exchange an item, please self-ship the goods to us at the following address:

- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- After receiving the product, our team will process the exchange request according to their jurisdiction.
- Customers can exchange their product with any other product of equal or higher value.
- If the desired product is out of stock, a credit note will be issued valid for 3 months.
- Apārā is not liable for damaged or lost goods during return shipment, so we recommend insured and trackable mail service.

To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure that the following conditions are met:
- The goods were purchased within the last 7 days.
- The goods have their original tags and receipts.
- The goods are unused and undamaged.
Please note that the following goods cannot be returned:
- Customized goods, including those with personalized details such as custom sizes, colors, and lengths.
- Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, such as undergarments and bikinis.
