HOW TO MEASURE
Chest : Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms and across your shoulder blades. Keep it snug but not tight.
Waist : Find your natural waistline—usually just above your belly button. Measure around this area, ensuring the tape is straight and not too loose.
Hips : Stand with your feet together and measure around the widest part of your hips and buttocks.
